at the top of the page is a guy driving with his scarf blowing in the wind, redhead on his arm and apparently it is a rhd car. his left hand is on the steering wheel.

what is the thing sticking out from his left side?

is it the girls left arm? where is it going? are you courious?

The image is from a 1922 Bugatti poster, with the caption "No one can pass" the passenger is holding her arm up shielding her face from the wind (Funny as in 1922 35mph was a pretty good clip on a mountain road). The image is distorted to fit but her hand is bent backwards.
