you can link to a site because you are merely directing people to the copyrighted material.

Also some European sites and a few American sites I have noticed have a sign up form at the bottom to get permission to reproduce the article for a blog or such and a separate form for commercial reprint. Use the form and C&P the release as well as the article.

otherwise just post a link and maybe a very short teaser.
