Question Renewed interest in WVO

In light of the recently rising fuel costs, how long will it take?

I think this Summer could get interesting.

Gas Prices Signal Tsunami of Inflation

It's always interesting. We live in interesting times.

True, but people are so fickle. Seemed there was a huge interest in WVO in 2008 then, when prices dropped, so did all the WVO business, BIG TIME (per Chris). I'm curious what the required pain threshold will be to motivate folks to start seeking out alternative fuels in earnest again. I suspect we'll be there soon but...

Search frequency (WVO) seems to correlate (a bit) with fuel pricing, less so more recently:

Fuel prices are artificially contrived, so it's difficult to predict what will happen.

I place my bet on them continuing to go up.

Of course they will. Most of the people I know in the oil industry are Republicans not Democrats. Fuel prices are being increased to piss people off with Obama. If this results in higher profits, then why not? It's a win-win as far as the oil companies are concerned.

And as the price goes up the wvo kits sell like crazy. And 6 mos from now there will be a ton of converted cars for sale that couldn't find oil.

The entire federal reserve currency system is contrived.

I'll bet on the USD$ going down.

Shit is gonna get real for Joe Sixpack, not that most won't escape unscathed. Inflation (eventually, could be deflationary phase(s) still) is going to put an expansive hurt on.
