Filled up last night as a test run, no heat and just one filter.
Mix with approx 20% diesel and <1% gasoline. What I noticed off the bat was that my truck started much easier cold. Usually it's gotta crank for a bit and will bog out a few times, now it fires right up with minimal bogging. I'm going to hook up the heat exchangers today and toss in a 2nd filter with some coolant line wrapped around it for a little extra heating. I'm pretty sure I can get away with this in the summer. Wife is running a <%50 WVO mix in her burban, it's a little more delicate than my cummins

How big was your batch when you say <1% gasoline? like 200 gal and you added 1 gal of gas? or like you added a quart? Have you tried just the 20% diesel mix? Sorry for all the questions, just wondering, keep me posted on how it goes with heat.

Sorry, I'm horrible at checking back on post
![]() My batch was 50 gal, I mixed 1/2 gallon of gasoline, 10 gallons of diesel and 40 of wvo. I've tinkered with all kinds of things, right now I'm running 5% gasoline with 0% diesel and rest wvo. The gas thins it out slightly but not a whole lot, I'd rather run 20% diesel again but I'm running on a real tight budget. My biggest problem with one tanking is that my pre filter clogs up after about 3000miles. I'm going to move the second filter to right after the fuel leavings the tank, I might add a second heat exchanger just for shits and giggles.

My friend, your injectors are going to be really pissed off at you very soon.

It still runs, but I have noticed some more power loss. I think it's time to pull the injectors and give them a nice cleaning. Going to keep the mix at 20% RUG 30-40% Diesel 40-50% veggie, that should keep it nice. I heat, settle, centrifuge and bag filter at 1 micron before putting in my truck. I ended up chopping off my pre filter altogether. I stripped the bolt and can no longer get it off to clean it.
