Urgent!

I have located 2500 lbs of clean clothing, it is being delivered to my shop as we speak, I am trying to contact the Red Cross to donate it but they are useless probably because they are swamped! I am trying to find a business in Huston to send it to and I will pay for the shipping myself if need be. WHERE CAN I SEND IT??????????????????????????

Any willing to help me out with a place to ship it to, a way to ship it or help with the shipping bills let me know.

How about a business in Houston willing to give it out? I can't find any fourm users in Houston, nor any conversion business in the area. Red Cross, Salvation Army, etc. all have endless menus and recordings, they want cash only it seems.

OK, Pete found me someone, we are loading all the shop vehicles with clothes and getting them shipped to "Goodwill's Katrina Relief" in Houston, the guy on the phone said that these people were evacuated with only the clothes on thier backs. I am going to start shipping out as many boxes as the UPS can handle. I am going to put a link on the "Kits" page where anyone who feels the need can donate to help cover the shipping.

I just put a check made out to Frybrid in the mail. Not necessary (as in no pressure), but for those on this site who would like to do the same, it would be really cool for people to put in 5 or 10 bucks and then we can say we did this as a group. To each his own (we can all remain anonymous so no one feels pressured), but slip a check in the mail if you can.

Got the clothes, got a place that needs them, got someone to distribute them... Still looking for a way to get them there. UPS wants full price, Fed Ex wants full price, no one else is answering....
