Converting a 1991 Mitshubishi Delica

I'm weighing my options between a Frybrid and a PlatDrive system. I want to get the best system for the cash, but I also want to get it installed in a matter of weeks not months. So here are my questions:

• What is the cost of a frybrid system if I supply my own tank, a recycled Jeep YJ
  
• How long would it take to ship to Vancouver Island?
• What am I looking at for install cost if I take it to my mitsubishi mechanic? Hundreds, Thousands?

I've heard the Frybrid system is technically superior to the PlantDrive system, but I still have a tight budget that I need to stay within. Any advice you guys could offer would be highly appreciated.
