In this coupling the coolant passes around the internal line supplying VO, through the "T" and exits via the close nipple. This fitting is attached to both the feed and return lines on FRYBRID tanks, the close nipple threads into a welded fitting on the tank, the other side of this fitting (inside the tank) is welded to a 5/8" heat exchanger loop with the fuel pick-up mounted in the center. In place of the close nipple a hose barb may be substituted for engine compartment or custom applications.

Frybrid systems use a 3/8" aluminum fuel line rated at 1490 psi.
